Student of the Week: Neha of San Jose, CA

Neha has gone from making a decent income doing general notary work to doubling her earnings after taking the Loan Signing System course and diving into the world of notary loan signing agent work.

​After immigrating to the U.S. just 5 years ago, she became a notary public in San Jose, CA in January 2022.

At first, Neha did general notary work but felt unfulfilled. In 2023, she discovered Loan Signing System on YouTube. It opened her eyes to the importance of her role facilitating real estate transactions.

As a busy mom, Neha also appreciates the flexibility of her schedule.

She can plan her days around her children without missing school drop-offs or activities. The stability and sanity she has found allows Neha to be fully present with her family.

Neha wants other immigrants and parents to know they can find meaningful work that fits their lives.

She says, "If I have come this far, with that amount of clarity, and can be around my children, so can you."

Neha encourages students to take pride in themselves and continue educating themselves.
