​Monica's story begins with a humble background in retail, where she was making just $3.35 an hour, several years ago.

She eventually transitioned to an office job, where she spent 12 long years. But in 2014, she decided it was time for a change, realizing that she yearned for more flexibility and a higher income.

The turning point came when Monica took a notary class through her city to become a notary public.

Two months later, a notary public approached her with loan documents that needed her signature and stamp.

Despite her initial lack of experience, Monica decided to give it a shot. This fateful encounter ignited her passion for becoming a successful Loan Signing Agent.

Monica's determination and willingness to learn led her to seek education and guidance.

In the pursuit of her dream, Monica enrolled in the Loan Signing System course, and it proved to be a game-changer.

Armed with newfound confidence and in-depth knowledge, she transformed into a skilled Loan Signing Agent.

At 58 years old, with a family to support and grandchildren to cherish, Monica's story reminds us that it's never too late to start on a new chapter in life.

She plans to continue her journey until she can no longer do what she loves, and she credits the Loan Signing System and the supportive LSS community for her career success.

Her story gives inspiration and hope for individuals of all ages, proving that with dedication and the right guidance, you can achieve your dreams, no matter where you start.
