Deborah's Journey: From School Bus to Signing Tables

Deborah started her loan signing business to secure additional income during the summer months, a time when her work as a school bus driver came to a temporary halt.

The spark for this entrepreneurial venture was ignited when her sister, a realtor, needed some paperwork notarized.

This simple task, rewarded with a $100 payment, set the wheels in motion for Deborah's new career path.

Armed with a notary license she obtained in 2013, Deborah saw potential in becoming a mobile notary signing agent.

She embarked on a journey of education and skill development, and that’s when she came across Loan Signing System.

A Retirement Well Earned: Reaping the Rewards

Now retired, Deborah enjoys the flexibility of managing her own schedule, taking on one or two appointments per week - just enough to suit her lifestyle and financial goals.

She emphasizes the swift return on investment possible in this field, highlighting how two or three appointments a day can quickly add up, even if some of them are at lower price points.
