I am excited to share a significant milestone on this journey—a recognition that holds a special place in my heart that was 100% possible because of YOU.

The National Notary Association has honored me with the title of the first ever Influencer of the Year.

This award is not just a personal achievement -  it represents the incredible support and dedication of the notary and loan signing agent community that I have the privilege to mentor and guide.

This award is for YOU - and shows off the credibility of being part of the Loan Signing System community. 

It shows off the commitment that YOU have to become a better notary.

​My Journey

Two decades ago, I found myself fresh out of college, living paycheck to paycheck while working as a server.

I held onto a single dream: to establish my own business.

Then I stumbled into the world of notary loan signing agents almost by chance.

Little did I realize that this seemingly small and spontaneous decision would become the biggest moment that would completely alter the trajectory of my life.

I've conducted over 10,000 mortgage signings, built Loan Signing System, but one of the most rewarding parts of my journey has been the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion with YOU and an incredible community of over 60,000 students, helping them create their own paths to success as notaries and create the life you desire!

There are so many amazing community leaders, including the other nominees, that winning is such an incredible honor. My mission is to help one million notaries public build a business they truly deserve, and I will not stop until I reach that milestone. Let's go!”

The NNA established the Influencer of the Year award this year as social media has become an essential resource for building industry community and sharing ideas, wisdom, and strategies.

The award recognizes a notary who has inspired, mentored, or educated notaries nationwide across social media platforms.

The Influencer of the Year is chosen by YOU and the votes of your fellow notaries through the National Notary Association.
