​Josh shared that he started his career as an employee but always dreamed of passive income and "sitting on the beach" while earning money.

To make this a reality, Josh became a professional interviewer, conducting 53 interviews in 30 days to network and find deals in San Diego real estate despite no existing connections.

​Leadership, Culture Building, and Lifelong Learning

​Josh believes strongly in vulnerability, modeling desired behaviors, and continuous learning as critical for leadership. 

He asks employees for feedback and uses apps to learn new skills, emphasizing that personal growth shouldn’t stop once you get to the top.

​Currently, Josh is seeking $10 million for a commercial real estate project. 

His daily routine includes gratitude, prayer, learning, reading, fitness, and family time.
