Quitting Corporate in Her First Year as a Signing Agent
In her first year as a signing agent in the year 2020, Tina made $14,000, which provided much-needed breathing room for her family having the free time to be there.
Tina took the leap and quit corporate and was determined to figure it out.
Rather than comparing her journey to others or seek validation, Tina remained consistent in her pursuit and stayed committed to figuring out the ins and out of the notary loan signing agent business.
Life Changing Income in Year Two as a Loan Signing Agent
Tina's hard work and dedication began to pay off in her second year, as she made around $50,000 in loan signing agent income.
This milestone proved life-changing for her family.
With a monthly income of $4,000, Tina appreciated the financial stability while still being able to work around her own schedule.
She realized the significance of focusing on personal goals and doing what was right for her family while grinding in her business!
Her First Time Earning Six Figures AND Time Freedom
In her third year as a signing agent in 2022, Tina reached a major milestone by hitting six figures income at $115,000.
While celebrating this achievement, her husband had quit his 9-5 job who he had become disabled from and joined her in the signing agent business.

Scaling From Signing Agent to Signing Service Owner
In Tina's fourth year working as a signing agent, she managed to scale to a loan signing service and as of June she is on track to earn $150,000 in income this year.
She has been able to accomplish all of this while also mentoring over 6,000 students in the state of Texas as the LSS Ambassador and giving signing jobs to LSS certified students!
