Getting a notary license (known as a commission) is very easy. In most states you simply need to apply. Some states require simple 30 question tests. The NNA is the largest and most widely known training for notaries. And two of the largest title companies require that you have it. However, the training is basic and may not fully train you to actually build a successful loan signing business.
