Our Giving Philosophy

At Loan Signing System, we believe in giving generously. 

Whether we are giving our time to help another notary loan signing agent, or giving to a charitable cause that we are passionate about, we strive to give back in every interaction with another human being. 

And because we are so grateful for the community that we are a part of, a portion of every single Loan Signing System course goes back to those that could use a helping hand. 

Giving back is the best way to show that we are grateful for the things in our lives, and we encourage you to join us in giving back to anyone that can benefit from our help.

LSS Supports Promises2Kids to Help Provide a Better Future for the Children 

A portion of every single Loan Signing System course that is sold goes towards helping foster youth have a brighter future. Loan Signing System also supports this amazing charity through conference ticket sales and merchandise sales. 

Every Course and Conference Ticket Sold Helps Foster Children

$40,000 was raised and donated to Promises2Kids from the Loan Signing System conference!

Loan Signing System has always been about helping others and to be able to help signing agents and foster children is a dream come true! I’m so excited that we were able to raise over $40,000!

All of that money will go to helping foster children! $10,000 was donated from conference ticket sales, $8,000 was raised from merchandise sales, over $7,000 was donated by Loan Signing System attendees and with the help of Presidio Capital Management we were able to raise an additional $15,000. As Loan Signing System attendees now know, I was a foster child and a proud product of the foster care system.

Your past doesn't define you, it doesn't matter where you come from, it doesn't matter what has happened to you. The only thing that matters is you realize just how amazing you know you are.

Without the foster care system, I would not be where I am today. 

This is why I am so passionate about supporting and donating to Promises 2 Kids!!!

My mission is to make sure that every child has a home and I will not stop until that happens.

MeWater Foundation

There is something uniquely healing about the ocean and nature in general. Loan Signing System team member, Roman Rosario, experienced that first hand in his life. Which is why Loan Signing System also supports MeWaterFoundation. A program that gives at-risk youth an opportunity to access nature and open the doors for their own healing throughout their lives.

Supporting and serving our local communities through COVID-19

Last year in 2020, Loan Signing System was able to donate over 500 meals to frontline hospital workers while at the same time giving business to a struggling local restaurant!

UrbanSurf4Kids

The LSS team volunteered with Urbansurf4kids. This organization provides opportunities for healing & empowerment through surf therapy, mentorship, &  life skills achievement programs for youth in foster and at-risk communities.​ 

Rise Against Hunger

San Diego Food Bank 

The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank and our North County Food Bank chapter provide nutritious food to people in need, advocate for the hungry, and educate the public about hunger-related issues.

Loan Signing System is all about giving back! I had such an amazing time hosting a garage sale with my family to raise money for San Diego Food Bank! We were able to raise $500 and match that to a total of $1,000! Being able to make a difference is truly humbling and fulfilling. I highly encourage you to choose a local charity in your community as your act of kindness can change lives.

Christopher's Voice

Christopher’s Voice, Inc. is a philanthropic entity, started by parents of an autistic child for autistic children.

Loan Signing System wants to bring awareness towards autism and support our fellow LSS Student, Bea. Watch her On The Road interview to learn about her inspiring story.

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

Loan Signing System supports the fight for mental health and the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention helps to save lives as well as offers support for those affected by suicide, the 10th leading cause of death in the US.

Alegado Foundation 

A non-profit organization that was founded with the goal of providing medical aid and educational mobile libraries to some of the world's most remote communities in the provinces of the Philippines.

Yolo County Casa

Our mission continues to be to advocate for abused and neglected children in the foster system ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met through our CASA volunteers. 

Food Bank of the Rockies

Our Colorado Ambassador, Robin Schmidt organized a meet up with her fellow LSS Students in her area to network and support one another. While doing so she was able to collect $10 from each person that attended and donated all the funds to the Food Bank of the Rockies.
