Mark has done over 10,000 loan signings and hires thousands of notary signing agents every year to conduct loan signings. He has taken everything he has learned in the 15 years of being a top producing notary signing agent and created a step-by-step system that anyone can apply to make more money as a notary signing agent. ​​

Mark resides in beautiful San Diego, and when he's not mentoring one of his students, He is spending time with his beautiful wife, Heather and one-year-old son, Seoul.

Mark co-founded Loan Signing System with Roman Rosario. Roman handles website creation, optimization, and digital marketing for the company. 

Prior to Loan Signing System, Roman was the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of the online investment company, RealCrowd, Inc., a YCombinator  company that achieved nearly 70% market share and $1 billion in transactions within the first two years of operation.
Roman resides in Northern California and in his spare time can be found doing a Crossfit workout or taking a road trip to Disneyland with his family.
